To access the allotments, turn off Wakefield Road (A629) and drive down the unnamed track between 503 and 505 Wakefield Road, next to the small row of shops near the crossroad.

Onsite facilities: Compost toilet, drinking water, accessible pathways and permanent and temporary shelters to accommodate varied weather conditions.

The photo to the left (fig 1) shows the entrance to the road unnamed road, marked with arrow which is next to a shop called Richard Morgan’s Nails. The entrance of unnamed road is fairly hidden so please drive carefully.

Follow the unnamed road and you will reach a grassed parking area. Look out for our Growing Works graffiti mural (fig 2). Growing Works is on the other side of the large green container which features our colourful graffiti mural as shown in the photo.

Please park considerately and keep residents access clear.

Things to note: When visiting our site, please make sure to dress for being outdoor and wear suitable outdoor footwear as the ground is uneven. The allotment site is private. Please do not visit the allotment outside of session times and always be respectful of other allotment plot holders who share the site. The site contains allotment plots which are not managed by Growing Works, and therefore should not be accessed at any time.
