SPROUT (Strong Parents Reaching Out) is a whole-family support programme for families of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Through nature based outdoor activities and play, children can engage safely with others supported by our team. Parents and guardians can take a moment to relax and connect with others.

We provide varied activities every week.
